Pro bowl receiver Victor Cruz and the New York Giants have finalized his deal. Cruz will earn $43 million on a five-year extension that will be added to his current one-year contract. The first-round restricted free agent tender that he signed in $2.879 will be included.

Cruz was signed by the Giants as an undrafted free agent in 2010. After sitting out the entire 2010 season due to a hamstring injury; Cruz had a breakout year in 2011 with 82 receptions, 1536 yards (franchise record) nine touchdowns.

He was then selected to his first pro-bowl last season with 86 receptions, 1092 yards, 10 touchdowns.
