NFL free agency started off with a bang during the first couple of days, but have slowed down a bit since. Going into the second week there is still plenty of talent left on the market. There are multiple players that will instantly make an impact with their future team and there are also a few aging stars left who may just have enough left in the tank for one or two more strong seasons.

Henry Melton, DT: Melton is coming off of a torn ACL early last season which is probably the only reason he is still on the market. He is a strong DT when healthy and could help bolster up the interior line for any team. However with teams being extremely careful because of the injury he will need to pass the medical exams with flying colors.

Possible teams: Cowboys, Vikings

Alex Mack, C: The Browns placed the transition tag on Mack making them able to match any offer he is given by another team. With the Browns likely to match any offer, teams are slow to show interest in signing Mack.

Possible teams: Browns, Colts

Jared Allen, DE: Had DeMarcus Ware not been released, Allen would have potentially been signed by the Broncos, however with the Broncos off the table; Allen is still looking for the right match. Allen is aging but still coming off of a strong season, he will likely look for a team with Super Bowl potential to finish his career with. If the right team doesn’t emerge Allen could look to retire.

Possible teams: Bears, Seahawks, Retirement

Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, CB: Rodgers-Cromartie was in negotiations with the Broncos until they signed Talib. Rodgers-Cromartie is a strong corner who has the ability to shut down almost any receiver. He will be the number one on almost any team he goes to.

Possible teams: Jets, Giants

Jermichael Finley, TE: Finley had a scary neck injury last season that could prevent him from being cleared to play. However, if he is cleared he the top free agent tight end and with his good size and athleticism he could be a big target for any quarterback.

Possible teams: Near deal with Seahawks

Antonio Cromartie, CB: Cromartie has been a top cover corner his entire career, but with his career dwindling down and his health in question he is a risky player who could pay off big time.

Possible teams: Cardinals, Browns, Jets

Michael Vick, QB: Vick struggled the last few seasons with the Eagles and ultimately lost his starting job. However he has always been a dynamic hit or miss player and could possibly start on a few teams. He is looking to sign a contract with a starting job lined up which could be tough.

Possible teams: Jets, Bills, Raiders
