Justin Blackmon, the top receiver from the 2012 NFL Draft, has been arrested, the Tulsa World reports.

Details are scant to this point, but Blackmon was booked into Payne County Jail in Stillwater, OK on a complaint of aggravated DUI early Sunday morning.

According to Oklahoma law, an “aggravated” DUI happens when the driver has a blood-alcohol content of .15 or greater, per ProFootballTalk.com.

The 6-1, 215-pound wide out accumulated 121 receptions for 1,522 yards and 18 touchdowns as a junior at Oklahoma State, where he also was charged with a DUI.

The Jacksonville Jaguars traded up with Tampa Bay to take Justin Blackmon with the fifth overall pick.

While we all make mistakes and can overcome them, it’s safe to say Blackmon is off to a bad start and a few teams that were interested in Blackmon but passed (Minnesota Vikings, Cleveland Browns and St. Louis Rams) seem to have dodged a bullet, at least at the moment.

Let this be a lesson, guys (if you still haven’t learned).  Don’t drink and drive
