The hits just keep on coming for Denver Broncos' linebacker Von Miller. Unfortunately for both he and the Broncos, they are not the bone-crushing hits that Denver fans have come to know through his first couple of seasons in the Mile High City.
Miller was arrested over the weekend in Colorado after a bench warrant was issued back in January for his failing to appear in court on multiple charges including: driving without a license, failure to show proof of insurance, and careless driving back in October of 2012.
These latest legal hurdles add to the mounting off-field issues facing the All-Pro. Miller is set to appeal his recently handed down 4-game suspension from the NFL for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
Unnamed reports have surfaced over the past few days that Miller did not fail a league drug test, so it will be interesting to see how his appeal plays out. If Miller loses his appeal, he will sit until Week #5 of the regular season.
