Boise State Bronco, Ebo Makinde is the type of player that isn’t likely to appear on many NFL teams 2014 draft boards.

The three time WAC All-Academic Team defensive back, never really created much of a stir on the field in his first three seasons with the team.

This past week at Boise State's Spring workout program, Mankinde succeeded in grabbing the NFL's attention in a big way. Makinde clocked an incredible 4.24 second time in the 40- yard dash. In fact his time wasn’t only the fastest by any Bronco this year, but the fastest time by any Boise State player in its school history.

For the past three seasons Makinde, who mostly served as a backup defensive-back the last three years, is expected to compete for a starting cornerback spot when fall practice begins.  Listed at 5'10, 179 pounds he has limited experience in the starting role.

Look for NFL scouts and coaches to start paying close attention to Makinde, especially as a kick return/punt return specialist, come this fall and heading into the 2014 NFL draft.
