Week 17 of the NFL has come and gone, and the playoffs are now upon us. There were four teams that were in a win or go home scenario, the Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears, Dallas Cowboys, and the Philadelphia Eagles. On Sunday, everyone viewed who are the top teams of the NFC, and which two deserved to make the playoffs.

The San Diego Chargers needed miracles to happen for the past two weeks in order for them to even have a shot at making the playoffs. Low and behold, the Chargers are heading to the playoffs for the first time since 2009. The NFL playoff picture has taken shape and promises to be entertaining to say the least.

The San Francisco 49ers are heading to Green Bay in a rematch of last year’s playoffs, except this time, Green Bay has the home field advantage.

The Eagles are hosting the New Orleans Saints this Saturday in what looks to be a shootout with Philadelphia’s fast tempo offense, against the always dangerous Drew Brees.

Everything fell into place for the Chargers, they take on the Cincinnati Bengals this Sunday in Cincinnati. If the Chargers upset the Bengals at home, look for Phillip Rivers to take the team deep into the playoffs.

One of the most talked about games is going to be the Kansas City Chiefs visiting the Indianapolis Colts. Both of these teams have a lot of talent with bright young stars. The Colts began to struggle a bit during the season, but picked it back up as the season ended.

The Denver Broncos, New England Patriots, Seattle Seahawks and the Carolina Panthers all have a first round bye. The AFC picture, on paper, looks to be the more interesting of the two. However, the NFL is unpredictable and any team can win any Sunday.
